传统的酵母双杂交cDNA文库——Matchmaker

■ 制品说明

传统的酵母双杂交cDNA文库构建于pACT或 pACT2或pGAD-GH载体上，这些载体表达的GAL4激活结构域与高度复杂且组织特异的cDNA融合。文库与Matchmaker酵母菌株Y2H Gold、AH109、Y187及之前所用的Matchmaker GAL4菌株兼容。
传统的文库以 E. coli 的形式提供，因此在使用前必须先扩增并转化到酵母菌株中。我们推荐用Yeastmaker Yeast Transformation System 2进行酵母的转化。
现在，Takara Bio USA, Inc.推荐 yeast two-hybrid library Mate & Plate 或 normalized yeast two-hybrid Mate & Plate library 与Matchmaker Gold System配套使用。
